The Children's Miracle Network invites you to participate in the "CMN Rapids Balloon Rally", which includes hot air balloon displays and launches, skydiving, helicopter rides, airplane rides, live music, food, and more. Thousands of people attend this rally each year.

Proceeds from the rally are turned over to the Children's Miracle Network office in Marshfield.

Although CMN is a national organization, all funds raised at the Balloon Rally remain right here in central Wisconsin. CMN lends support to children and families facing injuries or illnesses. CMN helps out in a variety of ways. Their efforts provide pediatric EMS supplies, thermal imaging units for local fire departments, gun locks for firearms, and smoke detectors for residences. CMN also supports programs like bicycle safety school, health education, and child abuse and neglect prevention. For more information, please check out their website at www.CMNwi.org.

Because space is limited, we recommend that you respond as soon as possible by completing the Application / Contract and sending in appropriate fees. Payment must be received to guarantee booth reservation.

Arts & Crafts Vendor Contract
We are hoping to make the arts and crafts portion of the event even larger this year!  If you are interested in participating as an arts and crafts vendor, please download the form below.

 

Instructions: Please click on either the Word document or the Adobe Acrobat pdf icons to open the Food & Beverage or Arts & Crafts contract. Save the document to your local computer and either print the contract and fax or mail it back to the address/fax number below or complete the contract using Microsoft Word and email it back as an attachment. Remember, payment must also be received to secure your booth reservation.
